First, I meticulously gathered all content requirements from relevant stakeholders and orchestrated meetings and workshops to streamline and consolidate this information into reusable components. Central to my vision was ensuring that whatever we developed would be CMS-driven, empowering the Marketing team to effortlessly create and test various page versions. Armed with these insights, I sketched numerous variations, returning to stakeholders for feedback to align their vision with the website’s evolving design. This iterative process not only shaped a dynamic and adaptable web presence but also fostered collaboration and clarity across teams.
We conducted thorough research into how other companies handle web content, noting a significant trend in the use of dynamic elements and animations. Inspired by this, our goal was to vividly illustrate the core functionalities of our app through animated demonstrations and incorporate dynamic content throughout our website. Once the initial design was finalised and approved, I entrusted some of the finer tasks to a new designer who had recently joined, enabling me to concentrate on crafting Lottie Animations. Simultaneously, I collaborated closely with our Webflow Developer to ensure every detail seamlessly integrated into the overall design, enhancing user engagement and visual appeal across our site.
The recent launch of our new website garnered enthusiastic reception from both existing users and newcomers alike. Stakeholders, particularly the Marketing and Sales teams, leveraged its enhanced features to elevate their presentations. The introduction of a CMS opened doors to innovative outreach strategies, benefiting both new customer acquisition and B2B engagements. Moreover, the new site operates more efficiently than its predecessor, while the dynamic motion content has significantly enriched user experience, making information more engaging and accessible.
